Services

Child & Youth

Counselling

- We support children and teens (10 years old+) who struggle with mental health issues, attachment difficulties, trauma symptoms and challenging behaviours.

- We help children and teens express their thoughts and feelings through Art Therapy, Play Therapy or regular Talk Therapy, depending on each client's needs.

- We see beyond difficult behaviours and directly address the unspoken and unhealed emotions that are at the root of it all.

- We help children and teens manage their emotions by offering understanding, compassion and active listening. Once they feel understood, their symptoms start changing.

Parent Consultation

- We offer parents a space where they can express their concerns about their children's mental health struggles and challenging behaviours.

- We interpret for parents what their children/teens are not able to verbally express to them with clarity yet.

- We provide encouragement and hope when parents feel stuck, overwhelmed or helpless about their children and teens.

- We help parents understand what their children need from them and how they can meet their needs.

Family Counselling

- We facilitate family sessions when parents and children/teens feel emotionally disconnected from one another.

- We help them resolve blockages that keep them stuck in the same arguments or fights.

- We help families repair broken bonds so they can become the close family they long for.

- Depending on each family's dynamic, we may vary our work from parent, pairs, individual or whole family sessions.

- We can offer sessions in English, French, or Spanish.

Session fee (50min) is $160 and can be reimbursed by your insurance depending on your benefits.
